I’m sure you would agree that the Victorian Election this November is a critical moment.
Labor Premier Jacinta Allan will be under pressure to hold off Liberal leader Jess Wilson and One Nation.
Over the past 12 years, we have seen the steady erosion of parental rights and religious freedom, along with the growing normalisation of gender ideology throughout our schools and wider community.
But every election presents an opportunity to make a difference.
“GENDER IDEOLOGY INDOCTRINATION IN SCHOOLS IS NO LONGER IGNORED”
Thanks to your support in our relentless campaigning, concerns about gender ideology indoctrination in schools have now reached mainstream media, the broader public, and political leaders.
The issue is no longer being ignored — the time is now ripe to make it a decisive election issue!
We at the Australian Christian Lobby (ACL) will be campaigning in eight key state electorates, including Bendigo East, Niddrie, Werribee and Croydon.
ACL WANTS TO ORGANISE A DOORKNOCK CAMPAIGN IN KEY VICTORIAN ELECTORATES
While we will be organising Australia Post flyer distribution to reach every household, we also want to launch a doorknocking campaign throughout these electorates.
Doorknocking can sound intimidating.
But the reality is that personal conversations remain one of the most effective campaign tools available.
LABOR AND THE GREENS DOORKNOCK TENS OF THOUSANDS OF HOME EVERY ELECTION
That’s why Labor and the Greens doorknocked tens of thousands of households in every election.
Premier Jacinta Allan was found doorknocking in her own electorate of Bendigo East.
In the early stages of a campaign, flyers alone can easily go unnoticed.
By knocking on doors, we can help alert residents to important messages they simply cannot afford to miss.
ACL WILL PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS WITH RESOURCES, TRAINING AND SUPPORT
The ACL will provide all the necessary resources, along with training and support to equip you with confidence.
We simply ask that you could prayerfully consider joining us in this effort to make a real difference for our State, our children, and future generations.
Whether we are able to build an effective doorknocking team will depend on the willingness of supporters like you — particularly those living in or around Bendigo East, Niddrie, Werribee and Croydon.
